1. What is your list of Clients?

The kind of business we are in really does not allow us to divulge our clients for reasons of confidentiality. However let us assure you that we are in this business from quite a time and fully understand necessities of our business and clients.

2. Do you take cases from all over the world?

Yes we take cases from all over world. Though we have our head office in Rawalpindi but Infect more than 80% of our business comes from cases that involve us to go to cities other than Rawalpindi. We are affiliated with local as well as International reputed organizations.

3. How do I Pay?   

You can make payments through Cheque / Draft or Cash. International payments can be made through wire transfers.         

4. How much time does it take to handle a case?

In actual it depends upon the kind of case. Nevertheless most of cases take around two weeks. After obtaining details of the investigative operation we will be able to give you a time-scale projection. Some operations take days, some weeks and some months.

5. How much does it cost?

It again depends upon the kind of case, information required and urgency of the case.    

6. How sure am I about authenticity of information?

We as a firm have our reputation in delivering very accurate information to our clients. Whenever we fell that we are not completely sure of the information we would state so. However we carry our investigations supported with evidence as much as we can.

7. How confidential is the investigation?

We strongly believe that if a case can not be solved it should not be handled in away that it gets spoiled or the person about whom information is being needed is alerted. Every attempt is made to keep cases confidential and past statistics show that we have succeeded in keeping our cases totally confidential.

8. How do I receive my report?

You can collect your report personally from our office or otherwise we can send it to you by regular mail or e-mail. Documents or proofs related to the case/investigation would also be sent through same procedure.
